Welding tables and jigs:
- Our offer includes welding tables and jigs in a fixed or
adjustable designs.
- Fixed welding tables are generally tables with larger
dimensions without a greater possibility of height adjustment of their working
position.
- Adjustable welding tables allow both height adjustment of
the working position as well as tilting their worktops.
Basic types of welding tables:
- The welding table dimensions can be adjusted according to the
customer’s wishes.
- Welding tables are assembled from basic modules, namely:
- Module 1 – 500×500×150 mm
- Module 2 – 1000×500×150 mm
- The combination thereof allows for any worktop assembly:
- SSX 1000×1000 extra worktop 1000×1000mm (fig. 1–1000×1000)
- SSX 1500×1000 extra worktop 1500×1000mm (fig. 1–1500×1000)
- SSX 1500×1500 extra worktop 1500×1500mm (fig. 1–1500×1500)
- Any combination can be assembled. Atypical combinations should be consulted
with the manufacturer.

- The welding tables are adjustable, which will be appreciated by many
welders. Not every welder has the same physical dispositions. In welding,
ergonomics has the same importance as in any other work. Therefore, we try to
make work easier for welders. You can raise the table, lower and tilt it, if
necessary.
- The work surface of welding tables is carbonitrided, which means that the
adhesion of balls is prevented and the table is maintained more easily. The
carbonitriding layer is sufficient to keep the surface hard, even if the table
is reground.
- As standard, the legs of welding tables are produced in our company
colors (RAL 4003), which often brightens up dark welding shops. Of
course, we can supply the welding table even in other RAL shades, as required by
the customer.
- The welding tables are height adjustable.
