Material Feeders
- Feeders are used to accurately feed the strip into the tool.
- One pair of rollers is pressed against each other by an air roller or a pair
of rollers, so that no slip of the strip occurs in feeding.
- Both the feed rollers are driven by belts.
- Upstream the feeder, there is a pair of side adjustable rollers for the
precise guidance of the strip into the tool. If the strip jammed in the tool,
the feed accuracy would be affected.
The feeders are distinguished as follows:
- thickness of the infeed material in the range: 0.5 – 5 mm
- width of the infeed material 5–800 mm
- special as required by the customer
Our mass-produced feeders:
- PP-200–2 (max. strip width 200 mm , max. thickness of processed material
2 mm)
- PP-400–2 (max. strip width 400 mm , max. thickness of processed material
